Zercher deadlifts, to bellow the knee depth. This is a less extreme version from the original, Zercher from the floor deadlift. This variant is a bit more workable but even as such it demands a lot of flexibility. If you are new to Zercher stuff it is better to first start with just holds and squats and get “comfortable” with that before you even consider this one. I have a love/hate relationship with everything Zercher.
