Do not wish it were easier, wish you were better.

I am terrible at writing down an easy workout, and it is not for not knowing what is easy, rather it is precisely for understanding what easy really is.

The Majority may argue that it is my perception of easy which is corrupt or that my expectations are too high rather than argue against theirs being too low …while I believe the opposite to be true.

The Majority has absolutely non-realistic ideas of how they will transform their body and achieve long-term life-changing results, all this while believing, me to be sort of crazy for achieving those same long-lasting results via regular hard work. It is the lack of easy which bothers all but easy has never been the way forward.

Here is how things work. You show me what you can genuinely achieve when you go past easy, while I disguise everything hard into something simple. Note the difference. I said simple not easy.

Don’t get me wrong. Easy has its place in every workout plan, easy is that thing in between which helps you but not if you fail to put enough hard work in front of it.

Easy needs to be earned to be appreciated. So let me finish with how I’ve begun. Do not wish it were easier, wish you were better.
